Jules Guonon in the # 77 Roller/Valvoline was first to the checkered flag on Sunday in front of 70,000 cheering fans.  Patrick Assenheimer finished 2nd in the # 69 AutoArena.

Dominik Schwager led from pole but the # 69 but was slowed by a Lambo Hurrican exiting the pits during the driver change.

That gave the lead to Daniel Keilwitz in the # 77 who handed off the car to Jules Guonon a few laps later for the win.

The # 31 Whelen Corvette of Boris Said & Loris Hezemans was classified in 10 th place earning their first points of the season.  Qualifying was plagued by a power steering problem.  With that solved they climbed to 12th and were moved up two spots due to penalty infractions incurred by 2 higher placed cars.

Callaway Corvettes served notice in Saturday’s race.  Assenheimer/Schwager made the podium and Keilwitz/Guonon finished 4th.

Sven Barth & Remo Lips, stalwarts in the gentleman’s class were penalized on Saturday from 8th for passing under the yellow.  The # 13 RWT C6 GT3R was built by Callaway.
