Sevadjian would prevail in a battle between 2 of the top big block Corvette pilots.
Mike Donohue # 33 always contends as the fastest small block C2 in vintage racing thanks in part to the development and tutelage of Curt Geaches, former crew chief for NISSAN’s IMSA GTP cars he built during their height in the 1980s.
Clair Schwendeman # 37 debuted his big block C2, a proven winner in the hands of Chris Hines (Arrowlane racing) that was acquired by Tony Parella (SVRA chief) and now being raced by Schwendeman - serviced by Duntov Motors.
Mark Hilderbrand # 28 finished in the top 10.
Peter Klutt # 59, a driver of the same calibre as the winner, was disqualified, his car reportedly under the acceptable weight limit.
Gary Klutt # 46, a DNS, drove a big block Corvette that his dad Peter first raced in 2003. Father and son appear on reality TV Legendary Motors show.
Bill Treffert # 24 won in Group 4 with Louis Gladfelder # 58 two places behind.
