New cast of drivers finishes 3rd at CoTA, keeps # 50 Team Larbre Corvette in LMGTE chase
A new driver lineup of Ricky Taylor USA & Lars Viljoen UK (replaces Yutaka Yamagishi) joined with Pierre Ragues F to secure Team Larbre’s fourth LMGTE top-three finish of the season.
Only a few hours after winning the USCR Lone Star Le Mans race in the Wayne Taylor Racing DP, Ricky Taylor started the sixth round of the 2016 World Endurance Championship (WEC). Taylor who has driven with the official Corvette Racing team gained two positions during the first 30 minutes of the race.
No mistakes by drivers & crew were key to the performance.
Larbre Competition departs the North American continent for their tour of Asia. Japan is the first destination for the 6 Hours of Fuji (14-16 October) followed by China & Bahrain.
