# 77 Callaway C7 GT3R wins third ADAC-GT race this season after # 4 Audi R8 is DSQ at the Red Bull Ring

Daniel Keilwitz and Jules Gounon were declared winners, extending their championship lead while the “winning” Audi R8 failed a post-race tech inspection.  (reason to be researched).  The car carried 30 kg "success ballast" > win at Lausitzring.

Keilwitz led a 33 car field from the pole.  Laurens Vanthoor got by before the mandatory pit stop to change drivers.

Jules Gounon, 21 pressured the new race leader Florian Stoll including 2 re-starts after Safety Car caution periods to recover stranded cars.   Guonon is on track to win the Junior Trophy for the year.

Reeves Callaway, shown here at the Lausitzring had more to celebrate in Austria.

# 13 RWT Championship leader Remo Lips was first in the Trophy Class but was penalized 30 sec for a safety car rule infringement.

# 31 Whelen Boris Said & Eric Curran was running 9th, finished 22nd after dropping a spark plug wire.  Finished 10th in Saturday race.

Team co-owner Ernst Woehr welcomed Eric who had an open date this weekend from USCR DP commitments in the USA racing for Whelen Team Fox.

# 69 Auto Arena Patrick Assenheimer and Dominik Schwager was a DNF.  Finished 4th on Saturday carrying 20kg "success ballast" > Lausitzring.
