Doug Peterson wins 5 races, scores a second straight Championship for his 3 Dimensional Team in a car prepared and maintained by Tony Ave Racing. Part time driver Paul Fix wins twice in another car prepped by Tony Ave. Corvette legend Ron Fellows wins at Mosport in a car built and prepped by Derhaag Motorsports. Simon Gregg and Amy Ruman are contenders all season. The TA Series is finally improving thanks to team owners pulling together under President John Claggett and hiring a professional media and marketing team.

Trans Am shares the agenda with Vintage SVRA at Sebring Mar 1, Homestead Apr 12, VIR Sep 27 and NOLA Oct 11; and with HSR at Daytona Nov 13 (tentative).
It is not yet clear the C7 body offers a real advantage on the TA class cars tube frame cars.
