# 59 Simon Gregg rebounded from a blown motor at Road America finishing 3rd at the Glen in a new chassis. Per Robert Gustafson, Derhaag Motorsports now under new ownership.
He overtook # 23 Amy Ruman on lap 24 of the 30 lap race.
# 99 Larry Lepurage had a career best top 5 finish, thanks in part to chassis set-up by Syracuse guru Tony Vecchio.
# 30 Richard Grant was 6th.
Leaders # 21 Boris Said, Dodge Charger (wheel bearing), # 4 Paul Fix, Mustang (driveline) and # 98 Ernie Francis Jr, Mustang (oil pump belt) dropped out early.
By lap 22 Claudio Burtin’s team drivers # 8 Tomy Drissi climbed the field to first followed by # 2 Lawrence Loshak for 2nd.
# 53 Larry Hoopaugh was 22nd in a beautiful C6 supplied by Tony Ave Racing.
